For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to ABOVE POTENTIAL, a brand of Kalipso Labs Ltd include www.abovepotential.com and ABOVE POTENTIAL. 


ABOVE POTENTIAL is an Accountability Coaching service for entrepreneurs, creatives and executives to activate their untapped potential. You will get paired with your personal coach who holds you accountable and helps you avoid procrastination, follow through on tasks and finish what you want to get done.

  

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, ABOVE POTENTIAL may collect personally identifiable information, such as your: 

  • First and Last Name 
  • E-mail Address

If you purchase ABOVE POTENTIAL’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. 

  

You may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services (ie WhatsApp as main communication tool requires us to have your mobile phone number. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. ABOVE POTENTIAL collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested. ABOVE POTENTIAL may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from ABOVE POTENTIAL and its affiliates.   


Data Processors

ABOVE POTENTIAL uses the following data processors with respect to the personal information collected:

  • Stripe: Stripe manages all payment processing. Your credit card payment details are managed by Stripe and not released to ABOVE POTENTIAL - Kalipso Labs Ltd except the date and amount of each payment, the last four digits of your credit card, expiration date, and zip code. 3rd-party Service Providers

In addition, ABOVE POTENTIAL uses the following 3rd-party service providers. By using www.abovepotential.com you are accessing these services.

  • GSuite: For general communication and the provision of the Services.
  • Whatsapp: For general communication and the provision of the Services.
  • Softr.io: Softr provides hosting for our site at abovepotential.com
  • Google Analytics: Google Analytics provides data concerning site visitors and activity at the website. Google Analytics Privacy Policy.
  • Intercom: Intercom is the communication software we use to provide live chat.


All the personal data we collect from you may be processed by our staff or those of our other service providers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your services, and the provision of support services. Please check the privacy policies of these 3rd party service providers. While we honour all requests to delete all personal data under our control, ABOVE POTENTIAL is unable to provide any warranties for such third party service providers and their use or storage of data.

ABOVE POTENTIAL does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
